We always check and repair for malware intrusions and security issues, We also do the following:
1) Clean up the entire operating system, to make sure its running correctly
2) We can clean up your desktop to put your shortcuts in a neat folder called Shortcuts
3) We check for malware intrusions and repair them if necessary
4) We optimize the background operating system services / startup services and do several registry tweaks so the operating system will load quicker
5) We physically clean the screen, keyboard and device to make sure its free of dust and dirt (This will also help with overheating computers)
6) Vigorously test your machine for at least an hour to make sure it performs to a quick, stable, quality standard (According to the PC specifications)
7) Put a sticker underneath your PC saying that its had a service and that it has been tested and therefore should be up to our quality standards

We believe that a customers computer needs to be fast, free of dirt and tested to make sure it is working.
To check if it was fully finished and tested you can check for a sticker underneath or above the machine. (Laptop underneath) (PC on the top of the machine)
We will show you that the computer is working correctly when you come to collect it if wanted. If we don’t offer then please ask!
If the computer does not perform well within 7 days of the service then you can bring it back and we will recheck and fix any issue with it for free.
